Instructions
1. You MUST provide a valid local number for contact. Our team will contact you directly if any change.
2. The no. of guests MUST NOT exceed the maximum capacity of each boat respectively.
2 Hours - Maximum 4 guests
3 Hours - Maximum 5 guests
4 Hours - Maximum 6 guests
3. $500 per person will be charged for additional capactiy but not more than the legal requirment, unless perimission granted before boarding.
4. You can choose to do wakesurf or wakeboard, please tell us your option. Wakesurfing is set by default.
5. It is subject to time and the water condition on the day if you wish to do both wakeboard and wakesurf.
Subscription (Package) Sales Policy
1. One time payment is required for all package sales.
2. Services will be provided by specified boat at the time of purchase.
3. All sales are non-refundable and under no circumstances would be extended.
4. You are strongly advised to reserve your time slots upon purchase.
5. We reserve the right to suspend, vary or terminate this promotion and any relevant offer and to amend the relevant terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
6. We reserve the right of final decision on the eligibility of any customer for the relevant offer(s).
Cancellation Policy
In ANY case of a refund which was completed by an online payment, a 5% service charge will be applied.
In any case suggested by our coach on the day that the activities should not be continued, your booking will be rescheduled.
任何情況下當日教練認爲不適宜繼續進行活動，該預約將會延期進行。
Under extreme weather, i.e. amber rainstorm and strong wind signal no3 or above, bookings will be cancelled or postponed. Unless otherwise, rearrangement will only be accepted 7 days in advance. Unauthorised cancellation will not be refunded.
惡劣天氣情況下，例如黃色暴雨警告或3號颱風信號等，雙方可就已確認的預約取消或延期。否則，我們只接納最少七日前的延期通知。所有預約以成功繳付50%的訂金為準，除上述情況，任何未經同意的更改將不獲退回訂金。
Since thunderstorm warning is regional, it’s subject to our coach’s decision. He would usually allow postponement.
由於雷暴警告影響範圍廣泛或只涉及某一地區，因此將會由當值教練作出適當的安排。合理情況下，一般會接受延期。
